Living and painting the wild horses ,ocean and wildlife of Assateague and Chincoteague Island has expanded my love of painting for the last twenty eight years. The diversity in my paintings has intensified from living on Eastern Shore and in the tropical Caribbean,on Vieques Island, Puerto Rico.

Finally painting again...
The horse with no tail is finally done! Cannot decide if I am happy with it or not. Considering it has been since September since since I last painted, it will take me while to get back into it. I was On Chincoteague Island for the Plein Aire Event in September and painted all week. Painted through a noreaster on my friend Zebie's porch. I finished eight paintings in one week and sold five of those at the final exhibit. It was wonderful to be back on the eastern shore where my heart will always be. Had so much fun with my friends!
